About Kristine

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Salisbury StateUniversity and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College. I am a charter memberof Delta Kappa, the Marriage and Family Therapy honor society at Converse.

My clinical training was completed at WestGate Training and Consultation Network, in Spartanburg, SC (Now Emerge Family Therapy Center & Teaching Clinic). I am a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. I am a trained facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH curriculum.

I am a member of IS-ART, the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy and a ​Certified BASIC ART Practitioner. I am a member of IITAP, the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, CPTT, candidate.

As I work with the individuals, couples and families, it is an honor to be trusted with the many diverse circumstances that bring them to therapy. It is my passion to help clients achieve their personal goals for therapy and find hope and healing on their journey.

I work with teens through adult ages. My area of specialty focuses on individuals or couples who are facing separation or divorce or who have already experienced divorce. I also work with step families and prospective step families, and the diverse issues surrounding this type of dynamic. I have been a DivorceCare facilitator for more than twenty years at my local church. I have been in private practice for 14 years.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor.

I do not accept insurance.

My husband and I have been married for thirty years and have five grown children. We have proudly called South Carolina home for the majority of that time. In my free time I love spending time with family and friends and being outside at the barn horseback riding.
