Ready to release difficult memories and painful emotions?

We can help by using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping. These therapy techniques are powerful modalities, shown to significantly decrease the emotional impact of painful thoughts and memories.

What is E.M.D.R.?

E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a technique allowing your body to help you process trauma. It utilizes bilateral eye movements to assist your brain's natural processing of memories, similar to REM sleep.

While this modality is efficient and powerful, it may take several sessions as it more thoroughly processes many of the related beliefs and self-talk regarding the painful memory you are seeking relief from.

You are awake, aware and in full control at all times.

What is A.R.T.?

A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) is another aften used approach to processing trauma.

Developers of the intervention say, "Keep the memories, lose the pain."

With only 1 session, you will experience significantly decreased activation of emotions when old images and thoughts surface. Sometimes a few more sessions are needed to help address closely related painful thoughts and memories.

You are awake, aware and in full control at all times.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a client-centered approach that relies on the position of the eyes while a memory or sensation occurs, guiding the processing of that memory or sensation.

This modality can also bring significant relief in only a few sessions.

As with the others, you are awake, aware and in full control at all times.
